The developer VGP Romania purchased land for the VGP Park Bucharest project, at the intersection between the Bucharest-Ploieşti highway and the Capital Beltway. The new project will be developed on a plot of 250,000 sqm and will have a total potential rental area of approximately 120,000 sqm divided into four buildings.

The construction of the first building with an area of 28,000 sqm is planned to be launched in June 2021, and delivery to the first tenants is scheduled for December 2021.

"The North of the Capital is a new expansion pole for logistics. Since the extension of the Capital Beltway between A1-DN1-A3 and E85 / DN2, the migration of the development of spaces from west to northwest and north has been observed. We're still looking at new purchases. We take into account any area with direct access to the Beltway, most likely in the south and east, but also in other big cities such as Cluj-Napoca ", said Adrian Crizbăşianu, country manager of VGP Romania.
