The developer has several more projects that it can offer to funds investing in the institutional rental market (PRS).

The contract concluded with the Luxembourg company Vivion covers the delivery of premises in two buildings in the Metro Połczyńska estate at Kopalniana Street in Warsaw's Bemowo district.

"We have finalized the first contract for the sale of apartments to a fund investing in real estate intended for institutional lease. With a slight cooling of the mood on the primary market, the PRS sector service is an attractive alternative to maintaining the assumed sales levels. sales," said the vice-president Waldemar Wasiluk.

Victoria Dom conducts investments primarily in Warsaw, in 2020 it also began construction of a housing estate in Krakow. For 5 years, the developer has also been present on the German market - in Berlin, and for a year in Leipzig.
