Villa Capo, one of the most beautiful buildings in Bucharest, where real estate developer Nordis had rented space for its headquarters, is being put up for sale or rent. The sale price makes the villa the most expensive in the capital.

The owner is asking EUR 15 million for the building renovated in 2013. The owner is businessman Sorin Ghițe from Cluj-Napoca, one of the founders of Banca Transilvania and owner of Matrix Investments. Although in 2018 it was written that the villa was sold to a doctor who was going to transform the building into a dental clinic, but the transaction never took place.

At a price of EUR 15 million, Villa Capo is the most expensive villa put up for sale on the Imobiliare.ro portal. The villa has a leasable area of approximately 1,800 sqm.
