Vitech electrical goods takes over 3,600 sqm of warehouse space in Hattersheim

In Hattersheim am Main, Logivest has brokered a new warehouse location for online electrical goods retailer Vitech GmbH, spread over two floors with 1,862 square metres each. The landlord of the property at Schulstrasse 29 is Projektentwicklungsgesellschaft Schulstrasse mbH & Co KG.

Vitech GmbH, which has its administrative headquarters in Frankfurt, sells a wide range of electrical goods online and also repairs returns. Due to increased demand, the capacities at the current warehouse location in Hochheim are no longer sufficient. To increase this, the company was looking for a suitable property.

Less than 20 minutes away from the warehouse in Hochheim, Logivest was able to offer suitable storage space in the South Hattersheim industrial estate in the Main-Taunus district of southern Hesse. The modernised building has three goods lifts, each with a load capacity of 2,000 kilograms, to transport goods to the upper floor. There are also sufficient power connections. Access is at ground level via three ramps.

"There is hardly any space available in the Main-Taunus district. Vitech GmbH's new warehouse location is ideally situated, as it is very easy to reach by public transport - this was a decisive criterion for the online retailer in terms of employees," says Robert Schoenmaker, Consultant Industrial & Logistics Letting at Logivest. The property also has good connections to the A66 motorway, which is in the immediate vicinity, and to the A3 motorway, which can be reached in ten minutes.

Vitech GmbH has already moved into the property.
