Entrepreneurs Cornel and Dan Vulpe (father and son), owners of the processed meat manufacturer Fox Com Serv, enter the real estate market with a project with premium apartments, located in the Pipera district.

The company bought a plot of land with an area of 5,000 sqm at the intersection of Pipera Boulevard and Matei Basarab Street. Recently, the owners of Fox initiated a residential project on this land composed of 3 building buildings with two basements and 4 floors each, intended for living and partly for some service spaces on the ground floor.

The project proposes 72 apartments with 2, 3 and 4 rooms and 163 parking spaces in the two basements, plus 12 spaces on the ground. The value of the investment is estimated at EUR 6 million.
