Wallberg obtains building permit for Sunnyville Plus

After completing the first two buildings in its Sunnyville residential project in Brasov, Wallberg recently obtained a building permit for the third building in the scheme. Sunnyville Plus will include 74 apartments on 10 floors. This latest stage of the investment is valued at €7.6m. The first two stages, with an investment of more than €11m, offer a total of 180 apartments. The units were completed and handed over in 2018 and this year, respectively. Upon completion, the total number of apartments in the Sunnyville project will exceed 250 units.
