Poland’s office market witnessed significant growth in 2019 and the trend is expected to continue this year, according to analysts at Walter Herz. The sector was driven by the Warsaw market, which outperformed regional markets in terms of demand. Walter Herz analysts predict that this year will close with the best-ever result in terms of the amount of space leased in the capital. Warsaw has already seen record lease transactions: mBank leased 45,600 sqm of office at Mennica Legacy Tower, while Orange Polska renewed its lease of nearly 45,000 sqm at Miasteczko Orange.
