The LIXA development near Warsaw’s Rondo Daszyńskiego metro station has announced a new addition to its tenant roster. The Fimedica clinic has leased 360 square meters on the ground floor of the LIXA D building, enhancing the site’s diverse service offerings.

Fimedica brings a wealth of medical expertise to LIXA City Gardens, catering to both adults and children. The clinic boasts a team of highly specialized doctors in fields such as orthopaedics, sports medicine, neurology, neurosurgery, rheumatology, gastroenterology, endocrinology, vascular surgery, and colorectal surgery. It also offers physical therapy, osteopathy, and massage therapy.

Marta Zawadzka, Head of Lease and Asset Management at Yareal Poland, expressed enthusiasm about the new tenant: “Having Fimedica at LIXA strengthens our offering and complements our portfolio with essential medical services. This addition aligns with our vision of creating a vibrant, must-visit venue in Warsaw.”

Fimedica’s CEO, Bartosz Pecarz, highlighted the clinic’s mission: “Our aim is to identify and treat various health conditions effectively. The convenient location at LIXA will allow us to serve a broad range of patients, including employees of companies based on the campus.”

LIXA City Gardens features 4,000 square meters of modern space dedicated to retail, food, and service outlets. The development is nearing full commercialization, with tenants such as Rico, Kura, Street, Ramenownia, Szum, Gorąco Polecam, Batida, and showrooms including Aluprof, Unique Work, ISKU, and VisionCube. Additionally, a beauty parlour, Luna Skin, will join the diverse tenant mix.

The LIXA campus, the largest office project in Yareal Poland’s history, emphasizes sustainability and environmental protection. The development utilizes renewable energy, low-emission materials, and eco-friendly solutions, including rainwater irrigation for its extensive green spaces.

Designed by HRA Architekci, the LIXA campus comprises five buildings with a total area of 77,000 square meters. It has received BREEAM Excellent green building certificates and the WELL Health-Safety rating, ensuring high standards of safety and environmental sustainability. The project also boasts top digital connectivity, evidenced by WiredScore Platinum certifications.

Fimedica’s opening at LIXA City Gardens is scheduled for early 2025.
