Warsaw UNIT is Ghelamco's latest skyscraper, built at Daszyńskiego Roundabout in the heart of Warsaw's new business centre and its uniqueness lies in its architecture, which combines the modernist heritage of Warsaw with modern materials. The slender body of the skyscraper reflects the cityscape in blue glazing, and the straight lines of the building perfectly compliment it.

Warsaw UNIT’s Dragon Skin is the first implementation of this concept in the history of Polish architecture. A large surface made of – thousands of tiles resembling scales, which react to every gust of wind, giving the impression as if the building is coming to life with creative force of nature. It adds a dramatic effect to the statis structure, making it more than just a building: Warsaw UNIT is an urban animal.

In addition to 57,000 sqm of top-class office space, a canteen serving tasty meals and a cozy cafeteria on the ground floor. The building has a multi-storey garage for over 450 cars and an extensive infrastructure for cyclists: bicycle parking, changing rooms and showers. Warsaw UNIT was designed by architect Adam Wagner, a chief of renowned Polish-Belgian architectural studio PBPA Projekt.

Other innovations in UNIT include a special-purpose mobile application will ensure the comfort and safety of users inside, including access to the office. Except that, the skyscraper can operate as part of the so-called "pandemic mode". This can be ensured by a number of technologies to stop the spread of viruses: the air conditioning system is protected in the ventilation units by UV lamps and additionally can work in automatic mode exclusively with fresh air. UV lamps will be also installed in the lifts to effectively disinfect the space.
The building is the first skyscraper in Poland set to receive the prestigious WELL certificate in the latest v2 Core version.
