The German builder Weisenburger has the first local residential project underway in Bucharest and is preparing the land for three more apartment projects. The first project, with 111 apartments, is located on Avalanșei Street no. 8, in the Timpuri Noi area of the Capital.

The company obtained in April of this year the urbanism certificates for two lands that it owns in the north of Bucharest, a land of 11,400 sqm on the Regiment Road 89-93 and one of 17,800 sqm on Jandarmeriei Street. At the same time, the company is preparing the ground for another project in sector 2 of the Capital.

The company's local operations are handled by Ionel Giuglea, who in the past was the general manager of the local branch of the Austrian constructor Alpine, but also the director of Raiffeisen Evolution Project Development.
