Where can we find the cheapest Polish apartments from developers?
How much money do you need to have to buy the smallest apartments offered by developers in individual cities? In which investments are they available? What is the size? When will they be ready?

Pre-sale of apartments is also underway in the CITYFLOW investment in Warsaw, which is being implemented in the Wola district, for which we have recently obtained a valid building permit.
There are also apartments available for purchase in the PROGRESS Zone, which is being built in the center of Łódź, which will be adjacent to our cultural and entertainment investment - Strefa Piotrkowska 217. Apartments with an area of approximately 30 sqm can be purchased at a price of about PLN 9,000 - PLN 9,500 / sqm, with the commissioning date planned for the first quarter of 2024.
In Dolina Trzech Stawów in Katowice, we still have a few apartments in the second stage for PLN 9,500-10,000 per sqm.
