How much money do you need to have to buy the smallest apartments offered by developers in individual cities? In which investments are they available? What is the size? When will they be ready?

The cheapest flats in our offer are compact, two-room apartments. The apartment with an area of ​​33 sq m. with a balcony or a garden in the Piasta Park investment in Krakow, you can buy for PLN 364,900. In the ready-to-pick-up, earlier stage of this project, a similar apartment costs from PLN 406,560. The estate is located at the intersection of Piasta Kołodzieja and Ognistych Wici Streets in Krakow's Mistrzejowice. In Osiedle Kościuszki in the center of Chorzów, the cheapest flat with an area of ​​28 sqm can be purchased for PLN 230,000. Construction will end next year.

Pre-sale of apartments is also underway in the CITYFLOW investment in Warsaw, which is being implemented in the Wola district, for which we have recently obtained a valid building permit.

There are also apartments available for purchase in the PROGRESS Zone, which is being built in the center of Łódź, which will be adjacent to our cultural and entertainment investment - Strefa Piotrkowska 217. Apartments with an area of ​​approximately 30 sqm can be purchased at a price of about PLN 9,000 - PLN 9,500 / sqm, with the commissioning date planned for the first quarter of 2024.

In Dolina Trzech Stawów in Katowice, we still have a few apartments in the second stage for PLN 9,500-10,000 per sqm. We are also implementing the third stage of the project, in which clients can choose from around 40 apartments. The second stage is planned to be put into operation in the second quarter of 2023, and the next one in the first quarter of 2024.

Beautiful two-room apartments with an area of ​​38 sqm can be purchased at the price of PLN 262,000 in the Nowe Podzamcze investment in Wałbrzych. The estate is scheduled to be commissioned in the third quarter of 2023.
