White Star Real Estate has created a relaxation zone for the residents of Krakow

The latest office investment, carried out by White Star Real Estate and Cain International, The Park Kraków, has been enriched with a number of attractions and amenities after the opening of Shuvary Park. The green zone of relaxation and recreation is available without any restrictions to the inhabitants of Krakow, especially the districts of Podgórze and Zabłocie. Its launch is part of the developer's strategy, which specializes in creating spaces that complement the cultural, gastronomic and entertainment offer of the surroundings of his investments. This is the first zone of this type created by a developer in Krakow.

The Park Kraków will ultimately consist of 8 office buildings with approx. 100,000 sqm of office space available in a high-quality lease area. Currently, the finishing works on building 1 are coming to an end, where over 70 percent of office space will be occupied by the owner of the 4F sports brand, OTCF.

In the opened "Shuvary Park" zone, over 3,000 sqm, a mini-container town with bars, food trucks, a playground for children, or places to work with a laptop was created. There are regular events organized in the zone, including free summer cinema, outdoor yoga, sports events, creative workshops and numerous attractions for children.

When creating The Park Kraków office complex, we decided to use 5 hectares of land on which it will be located as green areas.
