WING Group reports transaction activity of nearly €300 million in 2024

WING Group, a real estate developer and investor active in Central Europe, completed nearly €300 million in transaction sales in 2024, including office building disposals in Germany, Hungary, and Poland totaling over €200 million. The group also sold more than 2,500 residential units across its key markets.

The company’s transactions included the sale of a 10,500 sq. m office building in Berlin’s Neue Bockbrauerei development, alongside the 8,500 sq. m LIV Berlin residential complex. In Poland, WING Group finalized the sale of the 15,000 sq. m React office building in Łódź, while in Hungary, it sold the 6,500 sq. m Honvéd Center office building in Budapest.

Residential sales accounted for a significant portion of WING’s activity, with over 2,500 apartments sold in Germany, Poland, and Hungary in 2024. This contributed to the group’s financial stability and liquidity, reinforcing its position in the regional real estate market.

Chairman and CEO Noah Steinberg, who also serves as Chairman of the Supervisory Boards of ECHO Investment and Bauwert, stated that ECHO Investment, Bauwert, and WING successfully closed office sales in a challenging market. He emphasized that the company’s strategic focus remains on residential development and long-term investments in office, industrial, hotel, and retail properties.

Looking ahead, WING Group plans to optimize its real estate portfolio, explore new financing opportunities, and strengthen strategic partnerships to support future growth. The company continues to expand its residential and commercial property investments, aiming to enhance its market position in Central Europe.
