WING has signed long-term office lease agreements with new tenants in three buildings at Infopark. As a result of the agreements, covering more than 2400 sqm of total floor space, WING’s buildings at Infopark now boast occupancy rates exceeding 90%. The long-term lease agreements signed with the new tenants show that even under the current market conditions, demand for space and offices at Infopark remains constant.

New tenants include, among others, the Hungarian office of the multinational company ZTE Corporation, active in the field of telecommunications systems and devices, which has signed on to lease one floor in Building I. ZTE’s key products include wireless and optical data transmission devices and telecommunications software, with main clients including major telecommunications companies such as Telus (Canada), Vodafone (England), Telefonica (Spain), France Telecom and Telstra (Australia). In Infopark Building C, professional audiovisual systems company AV Spring signed a long-term lease agreement. PCB Design, one of Hungary’s largest independent electronic design engineering offices, has signed on to lease the 6th floor of Building B. The company is primarily involved in the design of printed circuit boards and the development of electronic products.

Infopark is majority owned by WING, one of the largest property companies in Hungary, which owns more than 100,000 sq m of floor space in Infopark’s Buildings B, C, D and I, as well as the nearby Ericsson and Siemens-evosoft HQs located on the Danube bank.
