Wolt takes over Tazz delivery platforms, part of the eMAG group

Tazz, one of the most important delivery platforms in Romania, part of the eMAG group, announces the conclusion of an agreement regarding the acquisition of its social parts by Wolt, a local commerce platform of Finnish origin with operations in 28 countries.

The transaction is expected to be completed in the coming months. With a team of more than 12,000 people, Wolt is owned by DoorDash in the United States of America.

Tazz operates in over 35 cities in Romania and has a dedicated team of 260 people. In recent years, the platform has grown to offer a strong selection of restaurants, supermarket and retail partners, and local merchants.
