The X20 office building received the BREEAM International New Construction 2016 certificate at the Very Good level. This means that the X20 building was designed and built with the principles of sustainable development in mind. The developer and manager of the building is White Star Real Estate.

X20 is an A-class office building located at Czerniakowska Street. The X20 building is a continuation of the completed and fully leased X2 building. Both properties constitute an attractive, self-sufficient office park in Warsaw's Mokotów district.

Friendly surroundings, easy access by public transport and by car, infrastructure for cyclists and office space finished to the highest standard make X20 a perfect place for anyone looking for a modern office close to the city center. The building offers tenants not only modern A-class office space, but also many amenities such as restaurants, a parcel locker, Rossman drugstore and a Lidl grocery store.

80% of the buildings from the White Star Real Estate portfolio are certified in the multi-criteria BREEAM system. We are glad that X20 joined this group. "As a responsible developer, we prioritize supporting goals related to counteracting climate change, including creating sustainable investments, an example of which is the X20 office building," says Bartosz Prytuła, Managing Partner at White Star Real Estate.

X20 is an energy-efficient building that distinguishes itself by the use of ecological applications, such as: LED lighting, energy-saving lights, the use of rainwater for watering greenery, or low-flow sanitary fittings to reduce water consumption. The use of the Building Management System supports effective energy management and allows to reduce the operating costs of the building, while the planting of various plant species, native trees, a green roof and the installation of nesting boxes increase the biodiversity of the investment area.
