The third stage will include 79 apartments with layouts ranging from 1-bedroom to 5-bedroom apartments and will also include two commercial spaces. The building is scheduled for completion in Q1 2024 and new residents can move in during the summer of the same year. In total, the mixed-use project in Prague's Hloubětín will comprise almost 290 units and a number of commercial spaces.

The new landmark of the Lappi Hloubětín complex, the solitary Tornio building with thirteen floors above ground, has completed the rough construction phase. After completion of the reinforced concrete structure, work is currently underway on the facades and roof cladding. In the interiors, health, heating and air conditioning systems are being installed. At the same time, the general contractor is also working on plastering and rough flooring.

"We are delighted that the construction of Tornio is progressing smoothly and we can offer those interested in living in the new Finnish neighbourhood additional modern units close to green areas. In the previous phases of Kemi and Ranua, the apartments are disappearing fast, with less than thirty units currently available for purchase. And since there is only the fourth stage with commercial space left in Lappi Hloubětín, this is a unique opportunity to acquire a property in our complex with the possibility of moving in soon," says Dana Bartoňová, YIT Stavo's Sales Director.

Varied offer of apartments for singles and families with children.
Stage Tornio, growing in the very centre of the complex, will include 79 modern Finnish-style units with layouts from 1 + kk to 5 + kk and sizes from 31 to 123 m2, each with a cellar and a glazed balcony, terrace or front garden. The eastern side of the building is oriented to a quiet courtyard with greenery and play elements, which will provide future residents with privacy and security. The south and west sides of the building offer views across the square of the Suomi Hloubětín complex to the Rokytka river and beyond. The apartment building will include ample parking on two underground levels, a carriage/carriage room and an outdoor space for cleaning a muddy bike or perhaps a dog. The amenities in the locality will be enriched by two commercial spaces, where a small shop, a pharmacy or a hairdresser can be established.

There will also be modern technologies - the house will have a central recuperation system, which will ensure healthy, fresh air indoors and reduce heating costs for the new owners. In addition to the northern facade, the apartments will also be equipped with preparations for the installation of front window blinds with remote control.

Dynamically developing location of Prague 9.
YIT will build a total of four phases within the Lappi Hloubětín project. The first two are nearing completion - Kemi with 98 units in layouts from 1 + kk to 4 + kk and sizes from 30 m2 to 100 m2 and Ranua with 111 apartments from 1 + kk to 5 + kk and sizes from 26 m2 to 137 m2. The construction will be completed with the fourth phase, where commercial areas will be created.

The multifunctional project between Kolbenova, Laponská and Granitova Streets is seamlessly connected to the adjacent nearly completed residential complex Suomi Hloubětín and together will create a modern urban district with almost 1,300 apartments and the necessary infrastructure. For example, a café, pizzeria, wine bar, grocery store, bistro and kindergarten have already been built here. Future residents of the new Finnish quarter can use the local cycle path by the Rokytka river, a playground and green relaxation zones to spend their free time. There is also a dog meadow with a specially designed playground for basic training of smaller and larger breeds. Convenient transport links around the metropolis are provided by two tram stops right next to the complex or the Kolbenova or Hloubětín B metro stations within walking distance.
