YIT to build mixed-use complex in Gdansk

YIT has received a construction permit for a mixed-use complex on a 1.5 ha site surrounded by Nowomiejska and Popieluszki streets, next to the European Solidarity Centre in Gdansk. The Finnish developer plans to start the construction works in the third quartel of this year. The investment will offer 58,00 sqm of a total space. The project include 243 apartments, 156 micro-apartments as well as 23,000 sqm of offices. Lahdelma & Mahlamäki Architects is responsible for the architectural design of the scheme.
