Zuzana Virbova joins the Office leasing team at Avison Young in the Czech Republic

After almost a decade of acquiring skills and experiences as Commercial Leasing Consultant at Svoboda & Williams and later at the real-estate group Českomoravská Nemovitostní (ČMN), Zuzana Virbová takes on the role of Senior Consultant in the Office leasing team at Avison Young in the Czech Republic, a global commercial real estate services provider.

Zuzana has extensive experience in exclusive landlord representation and key client care. Her role in the Commercial Leasing Department at Avison Young in the Czech Republic will include creating office leasing strategy, market analysis, and sourcing potential tenants for landlords.

At ČMN Zuzana held the role of leasing manager and was responsible for the overall management and supervision of leasing activities in individual projects, from prospecting potential tenants, through client service to real estate market analysis. She was responsible for a portfolio of ten Prague buildings.

Prior to ČMN, she worked for eight years as a commercial leasing specialist at Svoboda & Williams.
Zuzana studied Business Management and Marketing at the University of Westminster in the UK. She subsequently worked in marketing and sales roles in consultancies in London and Prague.
