In the meantime, they have dismantled a piece of almost 6,000 square meters of this land and are now preparing the construction of a Penny supermarket with a useful area of ​​​​1,259 square meters and a meat and cheese store of 131 square meters on this lot. The land is valued at EUR 38.6 million.
