Real estate investor Eden Capital Development has radically changed the Cortina Forest project planned in the Pipera neighborhood, increasing the number of apartments from 400 to over 900 apartments, which brings the development value of the complex to over EUR 300 million. Initially, the real estate investors started the authorization process for a residential complex consisting of 3 buildings, each with 4 floors, and a total of over 400 apartments. Eden Capital announced that it received the building permit in 2022 and that the estimated investment in the complex will amount to almost EUR 200 million. Now, after the land was expanded through new acquisitions to the current surface of 3.4 hectares, the investors have returned to the project structure with radical changes that provide for the construction of 6 building blocks, each with 7 floors, plus a secluded 8th floor, and a total of over 900 apartments. In the new version, the complex has a common basement, on two levels, for parking, and on the ground floor of block 2, a private swimming pool is planned, intended exclusively for the residents of the complex.
