Hubix announces a strategic partnership with Fimaro Development for the development of “Citius,” a large-scale urban regeneration real estate project in Cluj-Napoca. Citius will transform a key urban area near the Tetarom I business park into a modern residential complex featuring apartments, retail spaces, amenities, parks, and generous pedestrian areas.
