SPACEPLUS Chitila announces the expansion of its tenant portfolio by signing a new lease agreement with IPSO Agricultura, a market leader in agriculture equipment distribution. IPSO Agricultura will occupy an area of 2,300 square meters in the Chitila warehouse, 50 square meters of which will be allocated to office space. The transaction was facilitated by Griffes real estate advisory, through Andreea Paun.
