Hercesa Romania is investing over 20 million euros in a new building with 105 apartments. It is the first in the Pantelimon district to have a swimming pool, and 20% of the apartments have already been contracted since the launch of sales in July. The project will only include three- and four-room apartments, and prices start from 182,700 euros plus VAT. The building is being built on a plot of land next to the Vivenda Residencias project on Baia de Aramă Street in Sector 2 of the Capital. In addition, the project will benefit from a commercial space open to the public and a multifunctional area.
