The Czech daily Lidove noviny reports that two properties on Na Příkopě are on sale. The property at 9 and 11 on the street is being sold by its owner Alwanela, which is owned by the Germany company Innerstadt. The asset was reconstructed in 1997 and ofers 1,400 sqm of office space as well as ground floor retail space (currently occupied by Deichmann). The newspaper also talks about ongoing attempts by Lordship and Immofinanz to sell Na Přikopě 14, which the two companies reconstructed and found tenants for (including Hamleys, White & Case, DLA Piper and HubHub). "We're currently at the stage of selling the project," said Lordship partner Martin Pilka, adding that they'd assigned Cushman & Wakefield and Knight Frank the job of finding a buyer. The paper also claims that negotiations had been held with CEFC over the sale of the building, but its vice chairman Jaroslav Tvrdik said "CEFC wasn't willing to pay an economically nonsensical price. Put simply, the two sides didn't agree on a price."
