Waimea Holding is planning to develop a logistics park on a 12.9 ha plot in the village of Topołowa just outside Warsaw. Construction on the first of two warehouse buildings of Logistic Park Teresin is scheduled to start this year. The project will eventually offer 48,600 sqm of total leasable area. The investment will also include 242 parking spots with 15 spaces for lorries, 96 transhipment docks and 1.5 km of internal roads. The cost of the investment was not disclosed.
