Globalworth is now the sole owner of the company that owns the Renault Bucharest Connected building, after acquiring the remaining 50-percent stake held by Elgan Group. Renault Bucharest Connected offers nearly 58,000 sqm of offices and a design center. It is located in the western part of the capital. The building, which was completed in February 2019, is leased to Renault.
