Cristian Opaiț, owner of Bucharest’s Old City club, in partnership with Tomis Plus SRL and Selari Investments, is looking to develop 300 apartments near Vitan-Barzesti in the capital. The scheme would include seven 12-story housing blocks on a 21,000 sqm land parcel on Iuliu Hațeganu street. The companies are in the preliminary stages of obtaining all the necessary permits.
