Shikun & Binui and Danya Cebus leased around 700 sqm of class A office space at Hyperion Towers in Bucharest. The companies will open their Romanian headquarters in the scheme’s first building, which was renovated last year following a €7m investment. The property, owned by TC Capital, is located on Pipera Boulevard. CEE Estate advised TC Capital during the lease negotiation process.
