Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed property manager of Rondo 1 in Warsaw. The two-building triple A office complex is located near the ONZ Roundabout. The project offers 67,000 sqm of office space and has a total area of 103,000 sqm. The complex provides 490 parking spaces and amenities such as a fitness club, a kindergarten as well as a car wash. Rondo 1 is LEED Platinum environmental certified.
