The historic Bucuresti department store is set to reopen following a €6.5m reconstruction. The building now houses 3,150 sqm of class A office, co-working space, retail and restaurants over seven floors. The new owners, Dutch investors Gerard Heinen and Baakman Johannes Jozefus Maria, bought the property in Bucharest’s old town for €4m. Colliers is the exclusive leasing agent. Lease negotiations are ongoing.
