Penta Real Estate has signed a 20 year rental contract with Deutsche Hospitality, a German hotel chain that will open a Zleep branded hotel in the Waltrovka complex in Prague 5. The economy-level hotel will offer 166 rooms next to a pair of office buildings and flats that PRE will be building. "Prague is a perfect addition to our portfolio," Deutsche Hospitality's Thomas Willms told the daily E15. David Musil of Penta Real Estate described Zleep as a dynamic brand run by an important player in the hotel sector. "Following the hotel chain Motel One it means Penta has secured another strong partner in a sector that has great potential in Prague," he said.
