Mobica has leased 1,400 sqm of office space at the Posejdon complex in Szczecin. Savills advised the tenant during the lease process. Posejdon is a mixed-use complex. It includes 18,000 sqm of office space, 5,000 sqm of retail space and two Marriott hotels. The investment offers low energy consumption and a BREEAM International New Construction 2016 certificate with an Excellent rating.
