Faro Tekstylia has leased 3,550 sqm of modern warehouse and office space at Logicor Kraków. The company also moved its headquarters to an office building on Konstanty Brandl street, taking 540 sqm. Axi Immo was Faro’s advisor in both transactions. “Kraków is our home city, and we wanted to stay in the region. At the same time the location was key, as it provides convenient access for employees and allows effective distribution in Poland and Europe,” said Tomasz Zieliński, the owner of Faro Tekstylia. “It is also worth adding that the new warehouse will implement an intelligent turnover and distribution management system for a range of over 2,000 items.”
