Conlux Development, owned by the Olaru family, is planning to build several hundred apartments in Bucharest. The scheme is set to go up on a 4,370 sqm land parcel along Ferdinand street and will include several housing blocks ranging from five to seven floors. There will also be on-site parking. Conlux Development is currently awaiting approval from Bucharest City Hall.
