Deka Immobilien bought Generation Park Z in Warsaw from Skanska. The office building is Deka’s fourth deal with Skanska in Central and Eastern Europe. Generation Park Z is part of the Generation Park office complex and is fully leased to Vistra and Crido. The property comprises a total leasable area of 19,000 sqm as well as 110 underground parking spots for vehicles and 102 for bikes. Generation Park Z is LEED Platinum pre-certified.
