Optimum Ventures Private Equity Fund, owned by Optima, has acquired 61.49 percent of Globe Trade Center SA. GTC owns properties across the CEE region. Its Romanian portfolio includes office buildings in Bucharest’s Victoria Square area as well as the City Gate project in the vicinity of Free Press Square. Construction recently broke ground on the City Rose Park project in the capital’s Exhibition area.
