GrECo Polska has leased 740 sqm of office space in Tower B of the Warsaw HUB. The agreement was signed for five years. The insurance broker was represented by Terra Investments, while Ghelamco was supported by JLL. The Warsaw HUB is a multifunctional skyscraper complex, which is going up near the Daszyńskiego Roundabout in Warsaw’s Wola district. The project includes an 86-meter hotel building and two 130-meter office towers, joined by a five-story foundation. The scheme was designed by AMC of Andrzej Chołdzyński.
