Widoki Mokotów, a modern apartment building developed by Echo Investment in Warsaw, has secured an occupancy permit. The project is the developer's first finished project offering apartments equipped with the Echo Smart system. The Widoki Mokotów project features 70 apartments, including penthouses, in nine commercial premises. The project includes a reception desk and a private package delivery area in the building’s lobby. In the underground car park of the building are electric car charging stations available for residents.
