Solenis has leased 3,500 of office space at the Lixa B office building being developed by Yareal in Warsaw’s Wola district. CBRE advised during the lease process. The LIXA complex will be completed in stages and will offer a total of 65,000 sqm of office space. The investment will be multifunctional, offering restaurants, cafes, and other services essential to any business hub. The project will be certified by the international BREEAM system.
