Colliers International took over the management of the first stage of the Katowice office complex Face2Face Business Campus, owned by Echo Investment. The investment includes two office buildings located in the former sports hall of Huta Baildon. The scheme’s seven-story building is already in use, while construction on the 14-story building is scheduled for completion by the end of 2020. The complex will offer a total of 46,000 sqm of office space and additional retail and service space. Face2Face has been designed in accordance with sustainable construction standards and has a BREEAM Excellent certificate.
