7R is developing a BTS logistics scheme in Wroclaw for PIKA, a company specializing in the outsourcing of document management, processing and distribution. Going up on Graniczna street, City Flex Last Mile Logistics will adhere to the strict standards of document storage. Customized solutions that will be applied in the building include an above-average height for the building and increased floor strength with a load capacity of up to 10.4 tons.
