AFI Europe is building 16,000 sqm of offices on top of AFI Cotroceni mall

AFI Europe is building 16,000 sqm of offices on top of AFI Cotroceni mall in Bucharest. Two new floors are under construction on the side of the mall facing Timișoara Boulevard. The new office component will have a leasable area of 16,000 sqm.

"AFI LOFT represents an innovative class A office project, integrated in AFI Cotroceni mall and which will benefit from all the advantages brought by the shopping center. AFI Europe has already started the construction works based on the existing building permit (obtained a long time ago), offering a modern and attractive solution for the office market in this area, targeting completion in the fourth quarter of 2024," the company representatives said.

The company owns a local property portfolio valued at EUR 1.4 billion.
