Alex Skouras, managing partner of the developer Alesonor, which is building the Amber Forest project in the north of the Capital, plans to sell a plot of land of about 12,000 sqm in the north of the Capital, opposite Petrom City on Coralilor Street.

"We want to sell the land on Coralilor Street in Bucharest. We sold land from the 13th of September area, Ferdinand and Străuleşti areas because we want to focus on the Amber Forest project and to further develop integrated projects outside Bucharest. The strategy is not related to the current situation of the sector PUZs because Bucharest still needs projects", explained Alex Skouras.
