Allegro leases 16,200 sqm at Norblin Factory in Warsaw

Allegro has leased 16,200 sqm at the Norblin Factory in Warsaw. The shopping platform was represented during its negotiations with the Capital Park Group by Cresa. The interior of the new office was designed by Warsaw-based architectural studio The Design Group. The Norblin Factory is located in the center of Warsaw at the intersection of Zelazna, Prosta and Lucka streets. The investment offers 65,000 sqm of usable space, including 41,000 sqm of offices, under construction on a 2 ha site. The remaining 24,000 sqm will be a combination of several functions, including entertainment, F&B, services, retail, culture and wellness. The complex offers a four-level 720-spot underground car park with 200 spaces for bicycles. The buildings will feature a range of sustainable solutions – they have already been BREEAM pre-certified with a Very Good rating in the design phase.
