Anja Graf is preparing a real estate project near Bucharest

Visionapartments, a company owned by Anja Graf, the Swiss millionaire who bought the former Ramada Majestic hotel in Bucharest, which will be transformed into an apartment building to be rented as a hotel, has also bought a 15.6-hectare plot near Bucharest, where it is preparing a multifunctional real estate complex.

"Anja Graf, founder and president of Visionapartments, has already bought a 156,000 sqm plot of land near Bucharest not long ago to build a multi-functional real estate complex. This project promises an innovative approach with creative concepts, leading the company to a new business field in the future ", say the company's representatives.
