Bog'Art, founded by Raul Doicescu, has bought a 5,660 sqm plot in Bucharest’s Străulești area, worth about €1.9m, from OMV Petrom. The construction company is planning to develop a residential complex on the land. The scheme will include 130 high-end apartments in two buildings as well as 84 underground and 99 above-ground parking spaces. The investment budget is estimated at €18m. Work is scheduled to begin in the second half of this year.
