BT Property buys Funshop Park Turda from Scallier

Alternative Investment Real Estate Fund BT Property acquired Funshop Park Turda (Cluj) from the Polish group Scallier. The company did not disclose the value of the transaction. The transaction marks the fund's entry into the retail market, where it aims to expand.

The Funshop Park Turda retail park has over 9,000 sqm of leasable area and BREEAM certified buildings, according to international standards. The Poles from Scallier announced that the investment in a commercial park is between EUR 5 and 10 million.

Funshop Park Turda was opened in 2022 and is one of the parks put up for sale by the developer, along with those in Roșiorii de Vede, Focșani, Timișoara and Vaslui.
