The ambitious Chemical Park Prahovo project is one step closer to realization after an initial public study on necessary changes to the detailed regulation plan was put out for public inspection. It's believed the first phase of development of the 115-hectare complex could attract up to 30 foreign investors, resulting in revenues of around €1 billion in revenues for the park. As much as 90 of that would come from exports. The public inspection is scheduled to last until August 17, 2020. The IHP Prahovo project covered by the plan covers an area of about 323 hectares and includes the existing IHP Prahovo complex as well as the planned expansion.
