Avram Iancu International Airport in Cluj-Napoca is the first in Romania to be awarded with Airport Council International Health Accreditation. The airport’s anti-Covid measures were specifically praised. “Accreditation was obtained as a result of the implementation of measures to prevent the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus and is an international recognition of the efforts and commitments undertaken by Cluj International Airport to ensure high-quality standards in terms of passenger safety and health of the employees and of all the partners that carry out their activity at the airport,” the airport announced in a statement.
